Composed during B.A. II year
Father don’t hide your face from me
If you hide where will I be?
Against You oh Lord I have sinned
And You on the cross I have pinned
You threw my sin and made me grin
But I foolishly took back my sin
Father don’t hide your face from me
If you hide where will I be?
O, Lord I come spiritually blind and lame
But You seem to have forgotten all my shame
‘Take me as a servant’ is my plea
‘My daughter’ You called and loved me
Father if You had forgotten me
I don’t know where I would be
Father I submit to do Your will
For worldly hope I have nil
Nothing can stop me from serving You
Because my Saviour Your love is true
